Hi, I’m Maryann Louise, a certified Elite Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with over 12 years of hands-on bodybuilding and fitness experience. I’ve been officially certified since 2018 and have continued to expand my expertise with advanced certifications, including Glute Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
As a mom of three and lifelong athlete, I understand the importance of balancing fitness with real life — and I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals no matter where they’re starting from. Most online clients train 4–6 days per week, while I recommend a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week in-person. Workouts, nutrition, and recovery are tailored to your body and schedule for maximum progress.
